I bring vast hands-on experience as Board Member, CEO and Chief Business Transformation Officer in Investor backed environments, operating across 40+ markets in 9 countries. My core value to a board is the combination of international operational credibility and genuine governance experience. I have reported to and worked closely with PE owners, institutional investors and boards throughout my career, including mandates on behalf of The Carlyle Group and PAI Partners.
My areas of particular relevance to a board are cross-border M&A and post merger integration, international scaling and turnarounds, and leadership team assessment and development. I hold a Board Governance Certification from Styrelseakademien and a Diploma in Coaching accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
The companies that would benefit most from my experience are PE-backed or founder owned businesses with international ambitions or cross-border complexity particularly those navigating acquisitions, market expansion, transformation or a change of ownership. I am equally comfortable on Swedish boards operating internationally and on the boards of international companies with Nordic operations.
I am based in Stockholm, hold dual British-Swedish citizenship, and am a native speaker of both English and Swedish.
