I bring a rare combination of deep scientific training and 18+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience — spanning medical affairs, market access, clinical development, and business development, at both affiliate and global level. Currently, I serve as CEO of BioReperia, a Swedish medtech company developing a zebrafish-based oncology platform for personalised cancer treatment — which has given me first-hand experience of what it takes to lead a science-driven company through commercialisation.

What makes me effective in a board or advisory role is that I understand both sides of the equation. I can interrogate the science rigorously, and I know what it takes to turn that science into commercial reality — through regulatory pathways, reimbursement negotiations, market access strategy, and international launches. I%27ve managed budgets, led cross-functional teams, and been part of strategic decisions that shaped product portfolios across the full lifecycle.

I%27m also a certified board member with a business finance certificate from Stockholm School of Economics — so I come prepared for governance, not just content expertise.

The companies that would benefit most from my profile are life science and medtech companies in the growth or commercialisation phase — particularly those navigating the step from innovation to market.
