My 15 years on various roles between Business Line functions and IT ones for an Utility Multinational Company are complemented with the launch of a start-up and with the advising of others big (multinational) and medium Companies on various sectors, from luxury to services. My advisory services spans from general Digital Transformation, to IT reshaping organization, to Cybersecurity that, in these last years represents my main occupation as Head of Cybersecurity for an Industrial Global Business Line active on 8 different Countries and managing the complexity of both IT, OT and IIoT world, managing cybersecurity aspects of tens of thousands of people and hundreds of thousands of devices.
The continuous curiosity that characterize me is confirmed by the various Master Degrees and Courses I attended in the years, starting from Politecnico of Milan Business School to Harvard.
With all of this in mind I think I can be helpful to whatever organization operating in any kind of field that want to solve to any kind of IT issues or that want to improve its IT department or processes.
