I am an experienced finance professional who has spent 3 decades investing in public companies all over the world on several continents.
My particular skills are in:
- designing and conducting research and investment processes,
- formulating investment strategies,
- performing due diligence and identifying investment targets, and
- managing teams of professionals to this end.
As a result of having done this work for many years, I have a wide perspective on corporate structures, financial management, investor communication and M&A analysis.
Finally I have undertaken multiple direct investments in start-ups across many industries including payment technologies, fin-tech software, consumer and AI trust and safety.
I will be able to help management teams interested in any or all of these areas efficiently and in multiple languages.
