About

Elton Leung is a strategic advisor, investor, and entrepreneur with a diverse career spanning technology, commercial insurance, real estate, and venture building. With a foundation in software engineering from King%27s College London and business training from Imperial College Business School, Elton brings a rare combination of technical insight and commercial acumen.

He began his career as a software engineer before moving into commercial insurance, where he became one of the youngest directors at a Fortune 500 company and earned double Chartership (ACII & CIP). His leadership in that sector helped shape innovative market solutions and risk strategies across global operations.

Elton later founded a property investment firm and has since invested in a range of businesses across sectors such as AI, logistics, bullion trading, and the creative industries. He also brings experience as a board advisor, particularly within agriculture, AI and proptech startups, offering expertise in digital transformation, operational scaling, and go-to-market strategy.

Having lived and worked across the UK and Asia, Elton possesses a global perspective and a cross-cultural mindset. He understands how to leverage cultural dynamics to drive innovation, optimise business models, and create scalable, sustainable growth.

In addition, he has successfully raised capital for multiple ventures, preparing investor-ready materials, building strong financial narratives, and pitching to aligned stakeholders.

Elton is passionate about helping businesses achieve long-term value through strategic partnerships, governance, and commercial innovation.
