I am a career coach. I specialize in helping prospective board members navigate the sometimes rocky path to a successful board career. I do this by providing a range of training and coaching products that speak to every part of the board search journey, whether you have previous board experience or not.

Through our Career Escalation Program (CEP) I also provide services to those top executives who are looking for something different. Whether it is a portfolio of board roles or providing bespoke advisory services to several companies, I help to get our branding right, coach you on how to gain such roles, and make the necessary introductions to ensure that you are in front of the right eyes.

I also provide board assessments, helping you to see if your board is on the right track to sustainable growth for the organization. Everything from 360 interviews to succession planning, I can help.
