I am a Digital Transformation veteran with 17+ years of corporate experience in Consumer Goods (P&G, Mattel). I have spent over a decade in eCommerce, Digital Marketing & Media senior leadership roles.

I combine a solid FMCG commercial foundation (proven track record in leading both Sales and Trade Marketing teams) with an in-depth knowledge of Digital Media & eCommerce. This allows me to quickly understand how the different disciplines of Digital & eCommerce need to fit and work together to deliver value for any business.

Highlights of my career included setting up Mattel%27s Digital & Media function across Europe and growing it into a 35-people division, and launching their Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business in 5 countries. My experience spans across all key European markets & diverse product categories, including Home Care, Health & Beauty, Snacks, Pet Care and Toys.
