I am a commercial CFO, former founder and board-level advisor with experience from SaaS, technology, energy and seafood. I help companies strengthen financial control, improve decision-making and build the structure needed for sustainable growth.

My background combines hands-on scale-up experience, restructuring, pricing and monetization work, KPI and reporting frameworks, cash flow management, investor communication and strategic decision support. I have been a CEO and operated close to CEOs, boards and owners, and I understand both the entrepreneurial side of building a company and the discipline required to professionalize it.
