I bring an enterprise operator’s perspective to responsible AI adoption, technology strategy and organisational change. As Director of Tech Project Management at adidas, I directly manage 5–10 Technical Project Managers and lead AI transformation across the TPM chapters, reaching a community of approximately 50 TPMs within a technology organisation of around 800 people. Previously, I led Global Payments Delivery. With an MBA specialising in AI and Data Analytics, I help B2B software and AI founders navigate enterprise adoption: aligning stakeholders, shaping operating models, managing delivery risk and turning strategic priorities into accountable execution. I am selectively interested in advisory and board roles where enterprise transformation and governance matter, subject to employer conflict review.
