I am a senior leader with over 25 years of experience, I have proven success in growing a multi-brand business through acquisition, new stores and same store sales in a company owned and franchise owned environment. I have led high performance teams that worked across multiple retail platforms (physical stores, online stores, franchise, and concession stores), manufacturing and warehouse and distribution.
My strategic focus and priority have been on the expansion and growth of multi-brand businesses, brand building, the management of retail operations, merchandise planning and procurement, warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, and marketing. The tasks involved in management of these operations are complex and with my focus, continuous insights, and analysis, I excelled in the process of sales growth, increasing profits and gross margins and optimising supply chain opportunities, thereby improving the inventory turn and the working capital cycle.
The past 21 years have equipped me with the skills to become a senior leader and executive manager. My experience is vast; I have served on the board and been an Executive Director for the past 21 years; brand ownership and management of quick service restaurant, casual dining concepts, company ownership of retail stores, franchising, international licensed brands (Domino%27s & Starbucks), manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, retail luxury stores (NWJ, Arthur Kaplan and World%27s Finest Watches), concession management (Edgars stores).
