Strategy Evaluation: Initiated project and secured VP sponsorship for a study on the organisation’s carbon neutral strategy. Presented the results for senior leadership and a company-wide audience.
Strategic Leadership: Led a 15-member cross-functional Risk Analysis team for a new €3,000,000 business development where she reported directly to the site board of directors and to key industrial clients (with felicitations). This resulted in a multi-year contract for a new product development and the sale of 40 units. she coached her colleagues to roll out risk analysis methodology for further developments.
Process Excellence: Achieved Process Cycle Time reduction by 90% for new product development thermal predictions.
Problem Solving and Change Management: Developed and led a cross-functional team, and facilitated conflict resolution, in a change management project to reduce missing parts by 15% annually).
