I advise leadership teams that want to adopt AI without creating a compliance liability.
Most companies implement AI for the hype and discover the governance problem after go-live when an audit flags it, a regulator asks questions, or a system fails in a way nobody planned for. In regulated industries, that failure is expensive. My job is to prevent it.
I bring a PhD in Computational Chemistry, seven years across AI strategy, ERP, data governance, and digital transformation in Europe, and direct experience advising executive leadership inside a regulated Swiss medtech organisation. I have assumed acting CTO responsibilities, led cross-functional teams, and delivered technical change to organisations where precision and auditability are not optional.
My value on a board or advisory seat is specific: I translate between what the technology can actually do, what governance requires, and what leadership needs to decide. I am not a cheerleader for AI. I am the person who tells you where it creates real value, where it creates risk, and how to build it so it survives an audit.
The companies that benefit most from my involvement are European scale-ups and growth-stage SMEs in medtech, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated environments, typically with a non-technical founding team or a leadership layer that is making significant AI or automation investment decisions without a senior technical voice at the table. Multilingual across German, English, French, and Spanish; comfortable across DACH, Southern Europe, and cross-border European operations.
