I bring more than a decade of international leadership experience in R&D, ESG, regulatory affairs and innovation across the automotive and global logistics sectors – including two years in Shanghai and projects spanning Europe, Asia and Africa.
As Chief Customer Sustainability & Regulatory Affairs Officer at Höegh Autoliners, I shape European, Chinese and national regulatory strategy to unlock funding, market access and green revenue. I position the company’s decarbonisation proposition with customers and regulators, including 58% lower CO₂ emissions per vehicle and the transition towards ammonia propulsion. I have secured five key accounts, developed partnerships reducing Scope 3 emissions by up to 100% per brand and model, and established governance linking assured CSRD reporting with monthly sustainability and regulatory risk reviews. I also develop generative and agentic AI applications for regulatory monitoring, impact assessment and customer decision-making.
Previously, at Continental, I built the global sustainability team and KPI system, covering Scope 1–3, responsible sourcing, circularity and ESG reporting, and launched a circular roadmap for around 1,000 products across 80 plants.
