As a Senior Executive I bring 20+ years of leadership in pharma/biotech and healthtech with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses in this highly regulated industry-sector. My strengths are General Management & Leadership, Strategic foresight, and HR & Talent development.
As a country executive team member of a top 10 pharma and NED/board advisor, I have led large organisations through pivotal missions such as digital transformation, market building, post-merger integration or major M&A activities - all with complex stakeholder environments. I know how to set strategy and translate it into execution, while developing people and teams to deliver sustainable performance. My experience is beyond major pharmaceutical industry: I act as senior advisor to VCs and NED in med tech SME and digital health startups.
