Currently, I am advising a cutting-edge mechanical engineering start-up and have helped them secure mid-seven-digit financing. I have direct capital market experience, including preparing investor materials and direct investor communication as CFO and NED.
Previously, I successfully completed the transformation and restructuring of the laser-tech company LPKF Laser & Electronics AG on behalf of a private equity investor with a value-creating exit. Market capitalization increased by over €400 million and sales by 40%. Negative earnings were transformed into a positive ROCE of up to 25.5%.
In addition to leading the full Finance function, I was also responsible for Strategy, performance management, HR, Legal, Supply Chain/Purchasing, and IT.
