I am a senior legal professional/arbitrator, having accreditable performed
the roles of Company Secretary/Vice-President corporate affairs/Legal
Head/CEO for long years. While I was conferred Ph.D. in corporate
governance by an Indian University, I was given an affiliate membership by
the Chartered Institute of Governance, Australia. I am also a mandated
Independent Director by Indian Institute of Corporate of Corporate
Administration, Government of India.
Having a background in company secretaryship/corporate governance, I am
involved in planning, strategy, risk management, compliance, CSR,
Budgeting., preventive legal measures, dispute prevention/resolution, and
internal controls, among others. protection, sustainability, etc. My
candidacy shall be an excellent supplement to the Board or Committees.
