I%27ve helped found and run several high-tech consulting and software product companies, including start-ups and scale-ups. The common elements are: Advanced tech, bundled in decision-support software, to solve huge business problems. I%27ve done this for travel and hospitality, energy, shipping, self-storage, equipment rentals, parking... Dive in, diagnose the issues, team, procedures, tools... learn the lingo... develop the strategy and programs... and communicate the vision and process clearly to all the stakeholders.

Most recently I%27ve been helping a scale-up, AI Blockchain, as interim CRO to commercialize their patents, products and experience.

Already, we%27ve got a new project to tokenize oil wells and give operators real-time data and alerts, secured on our private blockchain. This is a transformative outcome for the energy industry -- opening up whole new investor segments by fractionalizing the wells, and providing visualization and insights into data that always was collected manually and sporadically.

Another project for a large media company is reducing their AWS cloud server costs by over $1M a month. It%27s the largest demonstration to date of reducing cloud costs by 21-73% for tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.
