I work with individuals who want to grow their companies without losing what makes them special. My background is rather mixed, from organisational development, strategy, and finance, but most of my work comes down to helping people make better decisions and build teams that last.

I enjoy turning ideas and rough frameworks into structure and clarity, especially when things start to feel messy. On a board, I tend to ask the questions, dig deep, and get people aligned. The companies that usually get the most out of working with me are those in sustainability, tech, or innovation. Or, in short, the ones trying to balance purpose with growth.
