In my 25-year career so far, I have been able to gain extensive experience in international companies in the areas of innovation management, product management, business development, strategic marketing and sales.
I was able to acquire my profile through activities at leading multinational B2B and B2C companies in FMCG, Feed, Food, Packaging, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Petfood, Health, such as Mars, Boehringer, DSM, Amcor, as well as at medium-sized companies.
Equipped with a scientific education on the one hand, a doctorate in chemistry and on the other hand an executive MBA and a diploma in business psychology round off my profile.
I would like to contribute my experience to help companies advance their development. My past work on a board or leadership teams have made it clear to me that many boards are overwhelmed when it comes to evaluating the innovation pipeline and product launches, estimating risk and R&D returns correctly, understanding fueling a company’s innovation pipeline sustainably, commercialization aspects, as well as with topics related to digitization and B2B marketing.
