I have an experience of 36 years post MBA (and graduation in Mechanical Engineering) of starting at grass root level in an Indian Company (Tata group) and growing to a board member in a Japanese MNC, where I led a large scale transformation of an acquisition in India (400 Mn USD) which included cultural transformation, establishment of well canned processes and controls supported with technology, re-structuring of Sales infrastructure and organization, Brand building , strengthening new product development, establishment of an India based design and development team ; all of which led to a 8X growth in revenue over 14 years and a substantial increase in profit. A critical element of transforming this Japanese MNC was establishment of a strong Governance structure and well entrenched ethos in the Company.

I believe that my experience and achievement can help me advise a Company on any of its challenges , keeping an overall perspective in view. Such holistic advise is not easy to come by. This is my strength.
