For over 30 years, though operating, investing and board experience, she has advised both public and private early to growth stage companies on key issues like governance, digital transformation, IPOs, M&A and cross border go to market strategies. She has invested in sectors such as: healthcare, education, financial services (banking, insurance, fintech), technology, renewable energy, clean tech, affordable housing and biodiversity. She is a Kauffman Fellow, member of Young President’s Organization (YPO) and is a graduate of Stanford’s Board Consortium Program. She is a member and candidate for the NYSE’s Board Diversity Initiative & Network. She is serves on the Board of Women Win. In 2021, she was recognized in PEI%27s inaugural global list as one of the ten most influential women investing across asset classes. Educational and Multi-cultural background:
Dimple holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. Based in Amsterdam, she holds US, Indian and Dutch citizenship. She speaks English, Hindi and Dutch.

Operating Expertise:
• Edtech: Dimple was part of the founding team at Epylon, a B2B platform that assisted school districts with eProcurement. In addition to corporate development, fundraising, strategic partnerships she structured the eventual sale of the company to Accenture
• Cleantech: Dimple has also worked across sectors in cleantech such was water, nanomaterials etc. She was VP Strategic planning at EarthWater Group in India. She helped the company with ISO certification, building out an e-commerce platform and enterprise sales.

• Agriculture: Currently working within the larger COFRA holding group which has a high tech greenhouse business in Europe: Dalsem. Experience with manufacturing, cross-border expansion, etc.
Investment Expertise:
Currently, Dimple Sahni is a Managing Director Multi Asset Impact Investing at Anthos Fund and Asset Management, a values-based asset manager, rooted in a century old single family office. She is responsible for originating investments, managing relationships, and helping to execute strategies for the fund portfolios at Anthos Asset Management dedicated to impact investing across all asset classes including private, listed and real assets.
She is part of the global leadership team on impact and sustainability across the family’s holding company which includes operating entities across apparel, renewable energy and agriculture as well as real estate, private equity and several philanthropies.

Prior, her investment career has spanned investment banking (debt & equity capital markets), venture capital, investment management & asset allocation. She has worked at Goldman Sachs, Unilever and the Omidyar Network.
