Diana L. Foster, Ph.D.

I bring a unique blend of executive leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and hands-on clinical research expertise to every board or advisory role I serve. Over the course of my career, I’ve built and scaled organizations at every level of the research ecosystem, from co-owning one of the largest private research sites in the U.S., to founding a 50-site management network, to launching and later selling a global recruitment firm that operated across more than 100 countries. Most recently, I led Total Diversity Clinical Trial Management as Founder and CEO, where I championed inclusive research practices and helped reframe how the industry approaches equity.

As an advisor or board member, I offer strategic insight in three core areas: site and network development, patient recruitment and engagement, and diversity strategy. My work creating frameworks like the Diversity Site Assessment Tool (DSAT), my nearly decade-long leadership at SCRS, and my authorship of seven industry books reflect both depth of expertise and an ability to shape global standards.
