My prior experience includes managing staffing, market research programs, as well as IT PMO team , working with multinational clients, and managing teams remotely.

I worked closely with the client and delivery team to develop project schedules, ensure team members had the resources they needed to complete their tasks, and coordinated communication with stakeholders on project updates.
