He started his career in M&A in KPMG in Paris, and then joined Mazars in Shanghai. He led the small & mid cap practice there and built the consulting division. Scope included transaction services, company turnaround and operations improvement. He built the Asian division of the leading consulting firm in market entry for Trade and FDI organizations, and now lead his own practice. Although he is sector agnostic, Agritech, food industry, automotive, and fintech are the dominant sectors he is supporting. His customers are mainly entrepreneurs and business owners invested by family offices.
Denis is passionate about entrepreneurship, including early-stage ventures, Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, and mentoring entrepreneurs. He is also a researcher in entrepreneurship, publishing in major journals, and Entrepreneur in residence at INSEAD.
