I have long experience in strategic development and management consulting and have now shifted from a corporate position to a consulting activity. I have been serving as an independent Board Member of a small cap listed company, in which as Chairman I have managed the delisting process and hand over to a financial investor. I am currently serving as Vice Chairman of a Category Pension Fund, with almost 1Bn Euro of AUM.
