I%27m seeking to contribute as Non-Executive Director in companies that are entering or navigating through a growth phase and scale up phase.
In my 20 years of experience I have worked hands-on in startup company, covered various roles in big corporate companies and mid-size companies, with increased level of responsibilities, often as member of the board either as Executive or non Executive director.
My technical background and expertise, along with the actual experience with operations and finance departments, allows me to be able to support and guide companies that are in their scale up phase, and are in need for guidance on how to structure their operations, establish their core processes and create their leadership organisation to support the growth phase.
Also, with several years in the IoT industry I can support companies that are providing IoT and Cloud services to their customers.
