I am a commercially focused Non-Executive Director (NED), using experience as a former CEO of 3 companies to help others.
As well as offering independent governance, I also help companies to improve their commercial performance through operational and commercial changes, offering a fresh perspective on decisions, challenging executive teams and holding them to their promises, supporting new initiatives and being the critical friend to senior executives.
I have sold 4 companies, acquired 2, raised funds on the London Stock Exchange, managed unionised workforces upto 3500 people and transformed a number of businesses in different sectors.
I am mostly suited to technology/software companies.
