Having developed an inspirational yet firm leadership style backed by a flair for people empowerment I have applied these skills in a number of strategic initiatives, usually at board-level. Projects have ranged from the small, complex and high-risk, through to global corporate restructuring. With an experience base that includes executive and non-executive leadership, senior management, procurement, financial control, software, technical, manufacturing, services and charities; I am more than able to bring a broad contribution to any business or project.
