I am an operator, a builder and a leader at heart. That’s been the through line of my career—taking products, teams, and ideas and turning them into real business outcomes (and have fun and grow while we are doing it).

What makes me a strong advisor is that I don’t come at it academically. I’ve lived the tradeoffs—what it takes to prioritize, to align teams, to actually execute when things are messy. I tend to see patterns quickly, especially where product, go-to-market, and customer experience aren’t fully connected—and that’s usually where the biggest opportunities are.

Advising is incredibly energizing for me. I’ve worked with startups in the past and I’m at my best with teams that are on the edge of something—strong idea, real traction, but need clarity, focus, and a path to scale.
