I am a very good listener and therefore quickly understand what needs to be achieved in the moment to realize the best outcome. Diversity is an asset that creates possibility: recognizing talents, skills and knowledge in people and intuitively sensing how different people can work together is my secret sauce.

Having worked in a fast-paced retail environment the past 25 years has enhanced my knowledge of transforming innovative ideas into immediate action. Leading remote teams in up to 7 different countries has helped me develop an effective flexibility in searching for the perfect configurations of teams and goals. My leadership skills go beyond face to face consulting, I often need to rely on my eagle – mouse leadership and coaching.

Thinking outside the box and striving to strengthen my curiosity and creativity helps me define various approaches to solving problems. My enthusiasm when working with people combined with my leadership skills and economical background will be the backbone of supporting an excellent cultural environment and development.

I see my purpose in helping others attain a healthy and happy life as I truly believe that happy and healthy employees are the best talents to help fulfill a mission and make a difference. I lead with integrity and the goal of supporting individual growth. People can always count on me as I thrive on my sense of responsibility.
