Wide experience of boards (20+) of fast-growing startups, primarily in technology. Experience comes from being serial entrepreneur / CEO (twice exited), and investor (partner in a VC as well as privately) as NED.

Core skills are %27growth hacking%27 i.e. achieving product-market fit by/whilst selling and implementing sales processes. Companies where there%27s a likely fit are those looking to accelerate sales, and particularly in a B2B environment. Also fundraising is a core strength given my VC role and high connectivity.

I only take on roles where I can truly add value, i.e. take on tasks, make introductions and be accountable. In my career with growing businesses, I have mostly been underwhelmed by the quality/attitude of many NEDs who seem to lifestyle/overstay their welcome. I am determined to make a difference every time or leave.
