I have extensive board, management and leadership experience, which I have undertaken with the utmost integrity and respect for the role. I have a demonstrated track record in the government sector with skills that can be adapted or transferred to the private sector.

I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (with order of merit), with a law degree and a strong commitment to governance, meeting regulatory and legislative compliance obligations, financial reporting, team building and networking, policy development, implementation and review, risk and audit, and Chairing.

I have private and public sector board experience. My value as a board member is my capacity to debate issues, facilitate debate, encourage diversity and actively listen to all points of view.

I have a specific set of skills in leadership, negotiation, mediation, and communication including media and reputational management. I have excellent policy and strategic planning skills, a key component throughout my career.
