I have almost 25 years of experience in sales, GTM, marketing, client services and entrepreneurship and 7+ years in corporate and M&A advisory. In 2000 I co-founded Emarsys, a leading marketing automation SaaS provider, scaled it 800+ FTEs, 14 offices worldwide and triple digit million in ARR before an exit to SAP in 2020. I personally stepped down operationally in 2016 (550 FTEs) after a successful US market entry in 2015 (and the last big expansion). Since then, as a Partner at an M&A boutique, advisory board member and angel investor, I help SaaS startups & scale-ups to grow, expand and exit
