I am a hands on finance and strategy leader who has spent most of my career helping companies grow, professionalize, and navigate change.

I have worked with both startups and established organizations, often at moments where structure, clarity, and better decision making really matter. This includes scaling teams, strengthening financial discipline, supporting growth initiatives, and preparing companies for transitions such as fundraising, M&A, or governance evolution.

What makes me a strong advisor or board member is the combination of strategic thinking and real operating experience. I am comfortable challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and helping leadership teams move from plans to execution. I focus on long term value while staying very pragmatic about how businesses operate day to day.
