I bring nearly three decades of leadership experience as CEO and Board Member in the highly specialized field of electronic components and systems distribution, primarily serving the Aerospace & Defense industries. Over this time, I have built, grown, and successfully steered a business through cycles of expansion, crisis, and transformation, always with a focus on resilience, value creation, and long-term stakeholder trust.
For the past 19 years, I have served as a Board Member of Milexia Group, contributing to strategic decision-making, governance, and international expansion. In parallel, I led Milexia Ibérica as CEO for 27 years, consolidating operations in Spain and spearheading market entries into Israel and China. This dual role has given me a unique perspective: both the executional depth of a CEO and the strategic oversight of a Board Director.
I have recently complemented my executive career with formal governance training at ESADE’s Board Directors Program, reinforcing my expertise in corporate strategy, ESG, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
Beyond my industry of origin, I believe the insights gained from navigating complex value chains—positioned between global suppliers and demanding clients—are highly transferable. I can bring to other sectors the same sharp reflexes in balancing innovation, efficiency, and customer focus, while ensuring governance frameworks that sustain long-term growth.
