We are transforming an industry by building a new type of AI-powered organization. Not a faster version of the old company. A different shape. Designed to move at about 20x the speed of anyone else, at about 5% of the cost. That only recently became possible. The bet is organizational: agents, product, and operations built to compound together instead of stacking headcount and tooling the old way.

My team is also building one of the highest leverage AI engineering platforms in the world. That is an ambition. We still have to earn it every week.

We are not building another SaaS product. We are not building another CRM. We are building a complete agentic operating system for home improvement: scale, modularity, and interoperability from the ground up. As new AI capabilities become available, the system is designed to upgrade quickly so customers can benefit without waiting on a traditional release cycle. The category is not finished. The work is underway and I am all in.

I co-founded WindowEdge with Adrian Au, a longtime window and door operator. Before that I spent 25+ years in product and engineering leadership at Microsoft, F5, and across Silicon Valley, including platform work on Azure, Visual Studio Code, and Teams, and early AI agent product efforts.

I advise boards and founders who want to design AI-powered organizations for that kind of speed and cost, and who need to build for agents as the model layer keeps moving.
