Transformational manager, strategic thinker and excellent network builder with +20 years of hands-on expertise in various leadership functions across three continents. My core strengths are corporate strategy, upscaling & international go-to-market strategies, corporate entrepreneurship & innovation, digital transformation, financial technology and sustainability. I built up knowledge beyond the financial service industry in various sectors. I am an expert in applying design thinking, lean startup, agile working and Scrum and excel in building strong connections leveraging on my broad network of relationships & ecosystems. In my spare time, I lecture Sustainability as well as FinTech & Innovation topics to CEOs and undergraduates at Asia’s Top universities. Since 2001, I am a board advisor, mentor and impact investor in scale-ups in Europe, Africa and Asia. I support & advise several international accelerators like German Entrepreneurship, Founders Institute, Seedstars Korea and India Accelerator.
