I%27ve spent 35 years building infrastructure before the market knew it needed it. I designed the network architecture that became Google Voice. I built SaaS in 2000 before we called it SaaS. I%27ve held security leadership at Ericsson, helped build the cashless payments system Sweden runs on, and shipped products at Razorfish and Redfin when they were still figuring out what they were. Now I run an AI lab in Berlin building autonomous media systems and semantic intelligence tools. I advise on the places where technology, security, and business model collide, because I%27ve been at that intersection my entire career.
