Currently I am holding a CIO position, but actually i recently graduated from the University of Birmingham with distinction based on an assignment pointing on that the role of the CIOs not necessarily are helping organizations in matter of developing and maturing the organizations.

I have a passion for making the necessary changes and for taking the decisions needed for building and optimizing the part of the company that I am responsible for. This includes setting the right team, developing the needed skills and competences in the team and making the strategy going forward! - and not the least, making the strategy come true by a thorough implementation.

My talent lies within making well considered decisions and finding pragmatic sustainable solutions. I have a high degree of integrity and I am trustworthy as a person. This ensures my capabilities for setting the team and continuously developing the competencies and motivation within the team. I understand cultural differences and am found of exploring and utilizing these for the sake of benefits this can provide.

I am highly skilled bringing IT and operations together, understanding the business needs and knowing the IT possibilities for improving the standards and quality of the business alongside optimizing the financial and operational aspects of the supporting IT.
