Scale & Governance: 11-year tenure (Strategic Management) at Parsons, NYC 2011–22; elected University Senator representing 420+ full-time faculty of The New School. Provided strategic oversight for a $490M budget as a member of the University Budget Executive Group. I transitioned in 2022 to lead expansions in the private sector.
Post-M&A: Led the integration and repositioning of a 140-person innovation group in an international setting to meet the demands of ESG, digitalization, and AI.
Strategic Expansion: Earlier in my career, spearheaded IDEO’s expansion into Munich and Milan, building and managing multidisciplinary teams across bicultural markets.
