After working for 20+ years in investment banking in leading C-level positions I have focused raising capital to startups and spinning off companies toward exits.
During bankin years, I have sat in numerous boards and advisory bords during my career. I have also chaired several company boards.
I have been C-level executive and partner in a company that IPO:ed (330million).
I have been part of major MBO:s, I have founded an own banking firm.
The past decade I have been the founder of three startups that all have a turnover counted in millions and they employ in total over 60 persons.
