A fluent German and French speaker, I have a track record of driving major strategic initiatives, leading operational change & developing multi-channel sales growth in geographic regions including, EMEA, North America, Japan, Asia Pacific & Latin America. Considered a “U.S. friendly” international leader with the ability to conceptualise bold growth opportunities, I have led sales and marketing, finance and operations globally. Utilising talent and performance management as key pillars - I am able to build rapidly scalable regional business units capable of consistent, cross-border service delivery and go-to-market strategies.
