Catera Etheridge

Catera Etheridge is a Minneapolis-based Architectural Designer and community advisor who leverages spatial expertise and collaborative leadership to build a more equitable built environment. Currently practicing at Ryan Companies, Etheridge manages design and development strategies for high-impact industrial, office, and multifamily residential buildings. Her deep industry insight into multifamily housing provides a critical corporate perspective on modern density, zoning challenges, and scalable real estate development strategies.
Deeply passionate about housing equity, Etheridge has served in an advisory capacity for the Minneapolis nonprofit Envision Communities since 2023. The organization actively combats homelessness by co-creating intentional communities that utilize the lived experiences of unhoused individuals to foster long-term stability.
