I bring more than 15 years of international HR leadership experience, with a strong focus on organization, operating models, HR transformation, technology and AI. I have led HR across 34 countries, supported around 12,500 employees, managed an HR organization of approximately 180 people and governed complex global transformation programs with significant multimillion euro investments.

What I bring to an advisory or board role is a combination of strategic perspective and hands-on transformation experience. I understand how to redesign organizations, establish effective governance, align global and local interests and turn technology investments into sustainable business and organizational value.
