I have held different leadership positions in operations, information technology, and tech product development. I have mentored engineering and product teams of up to 80 members distributed across multiple locations, and I have a track record of success in operations improvement, IT project management (both waterfall and agile), software development, customer service management, IT management and complex change management processes.
