I bring over 20 years of leadership experience from one of Sweden’s most influential public institutions, Swedish Radio, where I held senior executive positions with responsibility for content strategies.

Today, I run my own company – KLOK Strategy & Communication – where I support organizations with leadership development, strategic advisory, and communication, both planned and in times of crisis.

I am recognized for my ability to lead through complexity and change, having overseen strategic decisions in major national events such as the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, while also driving long-term organizational development.
