I’ve built my career bringing world-class concepts to commerce. I’ve been fortunate to work with founders, executives and agency partners that have clear and compelling visions that inspire me. My superpower is being able to lead a talented team to execute that vision.
 
I have leadership experience and a deep understanding of all brand strategy facets from positioning to brand personality to brand stories, tone of voice to brand plans and everything in between. I love working with teams to produce best-in-class strategies within a well-established brand framework that helps achieve our business goals and objectives. I inspire the best in my team, leveraging storytelling to create magical moments that build emotional connections to drive revenue and build a loyal customer base.
 
I work collaboratively across all levels within an organization and have the keen ability to incorporate creative perspectives from trusted stakeholders with active listening and follow-through. I strike a masterful balance by honouring established guidelines and voices. I’m proactive in identifying opportunities and seeking the best (but not always the easiest) solutions. I inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement. 
 
As a Marketing leader, I’m a collaborator who shares the creative production perspective while also contributing to the larger vision of the company. I love what I do and it shows in my passion and my performance.
