I%27m a co-founder of Redesign Markkinointi Ltd. We help companies to grow, as well as to improve their customer experience. I´m also a coach at Deep Lead Ltd. Deep Leadership® program aims at developing goal-oriented interaction skills and work culture. Deep Leadership® is suited for managers, management teams, professionals, salespersons, customer service representatives, and teachers.

I have a goal-driven mindset. I%27m driven to find the big pictures in the matters, as to discover suitable developing steps.

I have over a decade experience in marketing and sales management. In recent years, I%27ve been first teaching and then consulting business development and marketing. I aim to make the development in the business to happen through co-creation and co-development with people, personnel, customers and other stakeholders.
