Allow me to start with my education BA, MBA, Ph1D. Then licenses CPA, CMA, EA (all current) General Contractor, And Real Estate Broker (not current). I am an accomplished CFO and controller for public and private firms. I Have strengthened reporting and profits. Have accomplished cost savings and increased effectiveness of the finance/accounting departments I have managed in several industries. These industries include Construction, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, Advertising, Education and Consumer Goods. The companies varied from very small start-ups to a subsidiary of a DJI-30 Company and the sixth largest firm (by cap value) on the London Stock Exchange. Mergers and acquisitions including the integration of the newly acquired firm into the parent. I have been a University Professor teaching Financial Strategy to MBA students as well as finance and accounting to undergrads.
