I am a commercially focused and values driven business leader, that is energised by the leadership challenge of setting a strategy for growth and/or transformation and developing high performing teams that are motivated and enabled to execute. In my roles as a business leader, I have managed teams of up to 200 people and been accountable for joint P&Ls of up to 70 million Euro.

With over a decade of international experience as a management consultant and executive coach, I have worked with directors, CEOs, and senior management teams at the intersection of strategy, organization, and leadership to enhance organizations capability, culture and performance. My work with leading organizations and their boards has focused on building board and organizational effectiveness, through the assessment, selection and development of senior leaders and their teams to ensure alignment between people capability and company culture with the organizations business strategy.
